Typ 0820 ist eine zweiteilige , doppelt wirkende Kolbendichtung , bestehend aus einem Profilring aus PTFE , sowie einem O-Ring als Vorspannelement.

Wir empfehlen ein spezielles Montagewerkzeug , sowie offen zugänglichen Einbauraum für Durchmesser <40 mm. Das Montagewerkzeug sollte frei von scharfen Kanten und Graten sein. Zur Montage werden die Einzelteile mit dichtungsverträglichem Fett auf Mineralölbasis oder mit dem Medium des Systems gefettet oder geölt.
Optionen
Beim Einsatz in Langhubzylindern oder bei auftretenden Querkräften werden mindestens zwei geeignete Kolbenführungsringe/-bänder empfohlen , bei kurzen Hüben oder minimaler Auslenkung mindestens ein Kolbenführungsring/-band. Typ 0820 Kolbendichtungen können auf Wunsch aus temperatur- und medienbeständigen FKM/PTFE-Compounds hergestellt werden. Die Werte für den zulässigen Dichtspalt der 0820-Kolbendichtung entnehmen Sie bitte der Tabelle unten.
